ABOUT MODEL

The Model: Pelt & MEDIALAB-PRADO, MADRID

Pelt- the organic side of architecture that breaks down and leaves no trace. Using photos of evolving office spaces of Shenzhen, an attempt has been made to trace the manifestation of Pelt, revealing the gap between the space where we live in and the universe it inhabited. To isolate, identify and display what mutates to make clear and celebrate its powers.

MEDIALAB-PRADO, MADRID

La Serrería vs La Cosa is about the coexistence of opposites. It depicts the intermediate space between two rivals: the old building and the interventions that equip 21st century buildings, as unlike a consummate product, but rather as an open, versatile process activated by its users.
