Founder of the leading architectural firm Abha Narain Lambah Associates, Abha has served on the Heritage Conservation Committee of both Mumbai and Delhi, as well as the Expert Committees for the Indian Museum Kolkata, Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum and a consultant to ICCROM, UNITAR, World Monuments Fund and Global Heritage Fund. She has been the recipient of many notable grants and awards such as the Eisenhower Fellowship U.S and the Sanskriti Award 2003. The core of her practice has been work on the conservation of 19th and early 20th century colonial buildings such as the Royal Opera House, High Court, Municipal Head Office, Elphinstone College, Gole Market, Teen Murti House and Bikaner House.
